“My name is Joe Searle from Peak Performance. I am a personal trainer and sports massage therapist with over 4 years experience in the fitness industry. I specialise in mobile training and as such, have a great knowledge of using what is available to get results, even if that is very little.

Just so you have a bit of background on me, I have experience working with the armed forces and more recently the British Military fitness boot camp in Southampton. I have also worked with people from many walks of life, from ultra marathon runners to people just wanting to be a little more mobile. I specialise in body composition and physical rehabilitation, in other words if you want to lose some weight or you have an injury that needs seeing to, i’m your trainer!”
